The Frenzyheart tribe are a tribe of Wolvar (primitive wolverine people) that live in the Sholazar Basin. They are opposed to the Oracles, a race of reptilian looking creatures that live in the same area. They were introduced in World of Warcraft with the Wrath of the Lich King expansion.
Among others, the most unique reputation reward you can purchase from the Frenzyheart is a Disgusting Jar, available from revered reputation. After staying for a week in your inventory, you can get Frenzyheart Brew from it, along with 4 other items. You don't need to be revered to obtain the reward, so some people just switch back and get Exalted with the Oracles while the Jar brews on their inventory.
The reputation system for the the Frenzyheart and the Oracles is a bit confusing, since at the begining the player will start a series of quests with Playing Along, when he meets a group of Frenzyheart in Sholazar Basin. That questline will lead him to do several quests for the tribe as a slave, and eventually reach Honored status with them, and hated by the Oracles. But, after this side of the questchain is done, the player will be given Just Following Orders and he will become hated by the Frenzyheart and start gaining reputation with the Oracles. This long questchain ends up with A Hero's Burden where you are asked to kill Artruis the Heartless (you might need a group for that, depending on your class). Here is when the real reputation choice is.
While you're in combat, and after taking him to 30% health, you will fight the Oracle Jaloot and the Frenzyheart Zepik. Depending on which one you kill first, you will get a quest from the survivor one that will send you back to honored with that faction and hated by the other. So to get back to good status with the Frenzyheart, you will need to kill Jaloot first, and pick up the quest from Zepik as soon as the fight is done. You can do this as many times as you want, by engaging Artruis and choosing again which faction you prefer, in case you had decided to switch to Oracles for a bit. You can complete this quest once a day.
